All construction activity at the Plant has been completed. The Western Australian Department of Mines and Petroleum, and the Western Australian Department of Environment and Conservation have issued the licenses for Lynas to operate the Concentration Plant and this marks the completion of all regulatory requirements for the commencement of operation of the plant. The first feed of ore into the Concentration Plant is expected to occur by the third week of May.
